Reports

Reports exports a cost CSV for a date range — optionally one cloud — for finance, audits, or a spreadsheet.

It is not a dashboard. For charts and drill-down, use Spend Analytics.

How to use it

1. Choose start and end dates, and a cloud if you want only one.
2. Tick Break down by. Each dimension is its own stacked section in the file (provider, account, scope, service, region) with cost and currency — not extra columns on one table.
3. Download the CSV. Every file starts with a summary: start date, end date, total cost, and currency.

There is no scheduled email report yet. Recurring files are still a manual download.
