  • Oracle Cloud IAM: add read optimizer-api-family so Koltto can show Oracle Cloud Advisor expanders on Opportunities. Without it, Koltto’s own recommendations still work.

  • Overview, Spend Analytics, and Anomalies charts: Hour when the selected period is three days or less (UTC). Anomaly detection stays daily; Hour on Anomalies is spend-by-hour.
  • Oracle Cloud inventory: WAF, WAA, and Logging (OKE is not in the product yet).
