Companies and access

Koltto is organized by company, not by cloud account. Cloud accounts hang off the company. You sign in as a user.

Company

A company is the workspace: subscription, cloud accounts, spend, inventory, budgets.

If you belong to more than one company, switch in the workspace control near the logo. Charts and lists always follow the company you selected.

What you need before pages open

For that company you need:

1. An active subscription (plan assigned by Koltto).
2. At least one cloud account.

If either is missing, the portal explains what to do. Subscriptions that are missing are set up by us — email support@koltto.com. Cloud accounts you add yourself under Account → Cloud accounts.

Your user

Under the account menu:

• Profile — name, password, and TOTP (two-factor).
• Logout

There is no language switcher in the portal. The UI is English.

Staff (Koltto) use a separate admin app. Opening a customer in the portal is a new login; sessions are not shared.

Subscriptions

Account → Subscriptions shows the plan on this company and the features included (which clouds, and any add-ons). You cannot pay or download invoices here yet.
