Overview

Overview is the home page after you sign in. It answers: what did we spend in this period, where did it go, and how does this month look against budgets?

Use the period in the top bar (7D, 30D, 3M, 6M, 12M). See Spend and periods.

What you will see

• Spend snapshot — totals for the period (and this calendar month when budgets apply).
• Spend trend — daily cost by default. When the period is three days or less, the chart zooms to hours (UTC); use Day / Hour on the chart header. Provider pills filter the page.
• Service mix — pie / top services. Click through to Spend Analytics for that slice.
• Month vs budgets — how this month’s spend sits against caps you set on Budgets & Alerts.

How to use it

1. Confirm the company and period at the top.
2. If numbers are zero, run Refresh data for Cost.
3. Click a service or provider when you want the filtered Spend Analytics view.
4. Use Anomalies when a day on the trend looks like a spike, and Opportunities when you want actions, not another chart.

Overview is a summary. Drill-down, credits, and resource lists live on Spend Analytics.
